Starting with lunch on the 5th floor overlooking the mountains.We'd sit at my table by the window and get to know each other while we watched the races. Then we would go down to see the horses up close and I'd explain the many ways people pick a horse that they think will win. Watching the races can be exciting and if you win, well thats the icing on the cake. ( I win a lot ) But I don't go there for the money, I go for the excitement and to watch all the interesting people. Then we would stop by for some blues music and I might get up and sing to you. After I walk you to your door, if the day was enjoyable , I'd get a big hug. If you really had a good time, a gentle kiss. That would be a great first date.

Made myself a promise when I got out of the Navy in 1961 that I would have no regrets when I'm older and I have done everything on my list and I'd enjoy being part of that special someone's list of things they haven't seen or done yet.
